Refunds are not accepted by my shop. If there is an issue with product received reach out & let's work to get it fixed, I can also apply exchanges or returns in some cases. In either regard; please fill out a contact form to get your issue resolved.

Yes! Fill out a contact form with your dreamy ideas & I will get back to you on price quotes, my ability to complete & any other details. Please note that a deposit of half the amout of total price quote is required to secure your piece. Upon completion the total amount must be paid to ship or pick-up your custom piece. Prices & quotes will vary depending on material used, ideas & other design factors. (Any custom piece left unpaid upon completion for longer than 2 months will be considered abandoned. Any material used or deposits will be non-refundable.) *While I do accept changes to design elements or ideas, I limit these changes to 3 per custom order. Once the piece has been started some changes may be unable to be made without additional cost.*

Any products listed on the site are available to ship or pick up locally. You can expect processing time to be around 3-14 business days for shipping. You should also receive a link to your shipping & be able to follow your package along the journey! Reach out to me if any problems occur. For local pick-up products are typically ready same or next day. CUSTOM PRODUCTS: We should have discussed an expected time period to receive your final product update. If you are finding yourself without an update & are outside of our agreed upon date; please reach out via my contact form.
